We provide an all-encompassing report for use by the Court and instructing solicitor/counsel, drawing together the financial aspects of the claim and witness testimony of other experts. Our services also include quantification of losses in earnings, pension, care and equipment, as well as other additional costs. We also assist, where relevant, in the quantification of annual payments for inclusion in Periodical Payment Orders.
We have expert knowledge of the relevant legislation and have developed a comprehensive bank of resources including an Accountant’s Brief to assist solicitors with gathering financial evidence, a library of research material and our own bespoke computer package for claim computations.
