On September 19th our Robinson and Company office in Portadown joined the action as families from across the region enjoyed the annual 'Country Comes to Town' Festival, whilst raising funds for GMcG's 2015 nominated charity SOS Bus NI.
The office opened for the day and was hugely popular with families who enjoyed refreshments and activities laid on by the Robinson and Company staff. Star attraction at the office was the one and only Mr Tayto, enjoyed by the adults and children alike! As well making the most of the complimentary supply of crisps and balloons, children were able to enjoy the face painting skills of Patryk Novosielecki of PatArt. Professional photographer, Matthew Seifert, was also kept busy with great demand for his individual and family portraits.
Tea, coffee and other refreshments were available to those who visited the office and donations were accepted in aid of GMcG’s 2015 nominated charity, SOS Bus NI. Over £200 was raised on the afternoon.
Robinson and Company’s Stuart McDonald was delighted that the office took part in the festival:
“This is a hugely popular festival every year and with our centrally located office, we thought it was an ideal opportunity to offer some activities and add to the spirit of the festival. There was a great buzz around the office and everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy themselves.
A number of our staff helped organise and set up the activities and we’re very grateful for their time and effort, as well as that of Mr Tayto, Jennifer and Lynn. Without their time and skills our participation wouldn’t have been possible!”
